Meditation: a Christian path? Can meditation help in the Christian way of life?

A Day on Meditation will be held on Saturday 23rd April to explore these questions in the context of today. It will be led by Dr. Josephine Newman who is very familiar with the Christian ways of meditation.

Participants will be introduced to the practice of meditation and how it relates to the Christian way of living. The practice of meditation has its roots in the Christian tradition through the centuries.

The venue will be Loreto Secondary School, Dalkey from 10.00 – 4.00 pm. Participants are asked to bring a packed lunch. Tea/coffee will be provided.
